Grown by Andrés Torre Ore at Finca Muruhuay, where the eastern slopes of the Andes give way to the Amazon, this is the kind of coffee that makes an easy morning easier. Andrés farms just under eight hectares of Limani, Catuai and Caturra at 1,540 metres, and the care shows in the cup: bright grapefruit up top, a rounded milk-chocolate middle, and a gentle whisper of allspice on the finish.
Balanced, clean and endlessly drinkable — a filter coffee you can pour all day.
