Eclipse is Onyx's most developed roast — a nod to the traditional European style, taken right up to the edge of sweetness so the sugars turn deep and toasty. The origin rotates with the season (a washed Colombian Caturra at its heart), but the character stays constant: baker's chocolate, burnt sugar and a curl of smoked vanilla, all carried on a heavy, satisfying body.
