Decaf worth drinking on its own terms, rather than as the thing you settle for after four o'clock. Cherries are picked ripe in Hambela and dried as a traditional Ethiopian natural, then travel to Bremen for ethyl acetate decaffeination — a sugarcane-derived process that takes the caffeine out and leaves the sweetness where it is.
Red cherry and peach, a molasses depth underneath, milk chocolate texture, and more acidity than a decaf has any right to. The beans look a touch reddish out of the bag; that is the process, not a fault.
