Sey Coffee (Brooklyn, NY) — Known for their meticulous approach to roasting, Sey is dedicated to delivering perfectly developed coffees that showcase each origin's natural characteristics.

Hex Coffee (Charlotte, NC) — Starting as a pop-up in 2015, Hex focuses on bright, vibrant coffees with an emphasis on building direct relationships with the growers they work with.

Onyx Coffee Lab (Rogers, AR) — An award-winning roaster and certified B Corp, named the #1 coffee shop in the world. Onyx is committed to transparency, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee.

Intelligentsia (Chicago, IL) — A specialty coffee pioneer since 1995, Intelligentsia helped shape the modern craft coffee movement and is known for sourcing some of the most extraordinary coffees available.

Specialty coffee is graded 80 points or above on a 100-point scale by certified tasters, placing it in the top tier of coffee produced worldwide. Unlike commercial coffee, specialty beans are typically grown at higher elevations, carefully hand-picked, and roasted in small batches to bring out each coffee's unique flavour profile. Every bag we sell comes with full traceability — you'll know exactly where it was grown, the varietal, how it was processed, and detailed tasting notes. The result is a cleaner, more complex, and far more flavourful cup than what you'd find on a typical grocery shelf.

At the moment, Harbour Roast is an online-only business — you can browse and order all of our coffees at harbourroast.com with free delivery island-wide. We're also actively partnering with local hotels, cafés, and restaurants across Bermuda, so you may soon find our coffees at some of your favourite spots around the island. Our coffees are typically available in 250g bags, which is the standard retail size from our roasting partners. For those looking to stock up or buy in bulk, we also offer 2lb and 5lb bags on select coffees. Freshness is something we take seriously. We receive new shipments directly from our roasting partners every two weeks and aim to keep all of our coffees within three weeks of their roast date. Our selection also rotates regularly as roasters release new seasonal lots, meaning there's always something new to try. Every product page includes the roast date so you know exactly how fresh your bag is before you buy.
