Nubia by Hermanos Coffee Roasters

The Vergara family started this farm in 1990; siblings Jhoan and Carlos run it now, fourth generation, splitting the work between them and a small team. Hermanos visited in 2023 and still talk about the sweetness. Natural Caturra Chiroso — strawberry jam, dragon fruit and fig over dark chocolate. The top of the range, and worth it.
