Grown by second-generation farmer Juan Jimenez on his family farm in Palestina, just south of Huila, this washed Pink Bourbon has been a specialty staple for years — and it's easy to see why. Juan's decades of experience (and his early bet on the Pink Bourbon cultivar) show up as playful, almost candy-like sweetness: bubble gum and bright tangerine over a soft, sugary panela finish.
