A zesty seasonal blend of fresh Ethiopian washed and natural coffees with Colombian washed chiroso. The washed Ethiopian brings elegant, subtle fruit, the natural adds a tropical punch, and the chiroso rounds it out with extra fruit and balance. Big, bold flavours of concord grape, plum and apricot.

Built over many cuppings to land in Prodigal's goldilocks zone for flavour.
