The flagship hand grinder from TIMEMORE's Millab line, built like a precision instrument. Its 44 mm "pineapple" burrs bring flat-burr-style clarity to a conical design, and the all-metal external dial moves in 12.5-micron steps, so you can dial in espresso as precisely as you'd like. Custom bearings keep runout down to 3 µm, and the weighty turn makes grinding a pleasure.
