The brewer the coffee world can't stop talking about. The Pulsar is a no-bypass pour-over: every drop of water passes through the coffee bed, so strength comes from your recipe, not from water slipping around the sides. A dispersion cap wets the grounds evenly, and a valve at the base lets you hold the bloom, steep, then release — anywhere between immersion and pour-over. The result is clear, sweet, full-bodied cups you can repeat day after day. It's lovely for steep-and-release tea, too.
