An elevated washed Caturra from Nestor Lasso and neighbouring outgrowers around Pitalito, Huila, processed at the Piñas Blancas mill. A light touch and a mild thermal-shock ferment coax out sweet citrus and stone fruit — nectarine and red cherry — over a brown-sugar sweetness. Exceptionally clean.
