Prodigal's new seasonal espresso, made entirely from fresh Ethiopian washed and natural coffees and roasted just a touch darker for espresso. Citrus and florals come from the washed lot, rich cherry from the natural: punchy, ripe and great as a straight shot or Americano.

Prodigal builds its blends from fresh headline coffees rather than buying lots just for blending, so the components shift bit by bit while the spirit of the blend stays the same.
