Layo Teraga 74110 by Hex Coffee

A farmer-owned cooperative in Uraga, northern Guji, founded in 1976 and now close to 1,900 members, most of them picking from semi-forest gardens around their homes. Fermented 40–48 hours in open tanks, then dried on raised beds for nearly two weeks. At 2,250 metres it’s a delicate, floral cup: yellow peach, coffee blossom and white gooseberry.
