Humbler is Proud Mary's house espresso — the coffee behind the bar at their cafés in Melbourne and Portland. A medium-roasted Central American blend, it pulls a rich, syrupy shot with notes of caramel, fudge and date, and cuts beautifully through milk for a chocolate-fudge latte.
