Hario Polaris Coffee Scale

A smart brewing scale that does the maths for you. Set your ratio, for example 1:15, and the Polaris reads your coffee dose, works out how much water you need, and shows how far through the pour you are as a percentage in real time. It's ideal for dialling in recipes and repeating your best cup.
