Hario Mini-Slim+ Ceramic Hand Grinder

A great first grinder. The Mini-Slim+ uses conical ceramic burrs that shave the beans rather than shattering them like a blade grinder, which gives a more consistent grind and transfers less heat. It's compact enough to pack for a trip, and the redesigned handle and shaft coupling give it a firmer grip than the original Mini-Slim.
