Habtamu Danche Espresso

A washed Ethiopian from producer and exporter Habtamu Fikadu Aga's Danche mill in southern Ethiopia, roasted by Prodigal just a touch darker than their filter version for espresso. Expect big, ripe apricot with a hint of pineapple and jasmine-like florals. Lovely as a straight shot or an Americano.

Cherry is brought in from farms across the region, sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds: traditional washed Ethiopian coffee at its best.
