Getachew Zeleke by Hex Coffee

Getachew Zeleke was an accountant before he put his savings into land in Shakisso and planted his first trees in 2009. Today he runs Tero farm, his own washing station and his own dry mill — control from cherry to export that very few Ethiopian producers have. Fermented underwater for 36 hours and dried on raised beds: lilac, watermelon and apricot.
