Hex’s constant. The components rotate with the harvest, but every new coffee is chosen to play the same role in the blend, so the cup stays the same bag after bag. Currently washed Huila, Colombia with Jimma, Ethiopia: a rich dark-chocolate base, berries and baking spice, and a long sweet finish. Equally at home as espresso or filter.
