Black Cat Classic’s alter-ego, built for the filter cone and the drip machine rather than the group head. Same coffees from Carmo de Minas in Brazil, roasted for a comforting cup: dark chocolate and baked apple, with plum through the finish. The everyday bag — forgiving of a rough grind, and good by the pot.
Tasting notes: Dark Chocolate, Baked Apple, Plum
Origin: Brazil, Carmo de Minas · Semi-washed · Filter blend
