A mineral profile built for medium and darker roasts. It pulls back the bitterness those roasts can carry and lifts the sweetness underneath, so chocolate and caramel notes read as richness rather than roast.
Works on drip makers and every manual method — V60, Chemex, Aeropress, French press.
How it works. Start with distilled or reverse-osmosis water, drop in one stick, shake, and brew. Nothing to measure, nothing to guess at — you get the same water chemistry every single time.
Minerals: magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate and potassium bicarbonate. Formulated to the Specialty Coffee Association's water standard.
