Terra by La Cabra

The deeper of La Cabra's two year-round Profiles — the comforting one. Like Luna, the character holds steady while the coffees behind it change; currently it's São Bartolomeu from the Pimentel family in Sul de Minas, Brazil, alongside a natural lot from Kokose in Ethiopia's Bensa region. Soft chocolate, real sweetness and a ripe fruit character underneath. Comfortable as filter, round as espresso, and it doesn't disappear in milk — which is why we asked La Cabra about this one for our hospitality partners.
