Square Mile's signature espresso and the coffee most London cafés know them by. Red Brick pairs a washed Guatemalan lot from Carlos Durán's El Carrizal, which brings body and a gentle hazelnut note, with a washed Ethiopian lot from Mensur Aba Hika in Jimma, which adds berry brightness and a dessert-like chocolate sweetness. Expect red apple, milk chocolate and caramel, smooth on its own and lovely through milk. The component lots shift with each harvest, but the cup stays recognisably Red Brick.
