Jhon's grandparents planted Finca Río Negro in the 1960s; he went off to study fermentation with some of the best in the field and came back with this. Pink Bourbon cofermented with fruits and herbs — eucalyptus, guava and tangerine, crisp and layered and genuinely refreshing. A good first step into the cofermented world.
