Gachika AA

Gachika Coffee Factory is associated with the Kimaratia Farmer's Co-Op and its 750 producing partners. Cherries delivered to the factory go through the washed process with water from the Theta River: after pulping, the coffee rests overnight, is washed the next day, given the traditional Kenyan soak, and finally dried on raised tables.
