Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gotiti G1 by Onyx Coffee Lab

Gotiti is farmed by 868 smallholders in the Gedeb woreda, where coffee grows under acacia and false banana in cool forested highland at around 2,050 metres. Cherries still come down to the washing station on foot and by mule, lot by lot, and every step after that is arranged to protect the clarity that Yirgacheffe is known for.

Peach and guava, orange blossom on the nose, and a panela sweetness that carries right through the finish. Clean, floral and quietly complex.
