Roasted just a touch darker than Prodigal's filter version, this espresso roast makes fantastic straight shots and Americanos. A blueberry-forward natural Ethiopian — very clean, well-fruited and aromatic. Nensebo G1 traces back to a single farm in West Arsi; ripe cherries were picked and dried on raised beds for two weeks, then milled and sorted by machine and again by hand.
